Your purchase is covered by our excellent product guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied after we have finished, please call so we can put things right. We hope our guarantee spells out that if anything is wrong or goes wrong, we are there to put things right. At Elite Fitted Furniture we then know that you the customer is again 100% satisfied and that we can continue doing further business with you. Elite's history coupled with our policy, show that we know how to look after our customers as they continue to return to us for new business. Our aim is 100% customer satisfaction as you are our next advertisement. This pledge is in addition to your statutory rights.

Every effort has been taken to ensure that the information contained within this site is correct and up to date. However, it should be noted that the information could become incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Elite Fitted Furniture reserves the right to change, amend or update information within this site.

We will not be liable to you or in breach of the contract for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the control of Elite Fitted Furniture or its suppliers.

Any details with which you provide us are held and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

All prices quoted by Elite Fitted Furniture are given in pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated.

Ordering and Delivery/Fitting

This varies slightly from one product to another. As a general rule, we advise customers roughly 6 weeks from order to fitting so to allow for delivery of all components and then manufacture.

We will obviously advise as soon as we are in final stages of assembly so a fitting date can be arranged.

If you have any special requirements, for example your order is required by a special date, we will do our best to meet your requirements if at all possible given take delivery of items such as white goods.

Delivery and fitting work is all undertaken by ourselves so you are only dealing with the one company. Any third party work can be arranged for you if required through ourselves, for example electrical, plumbing or building work, so there is no loss of communication between all parties involved. You the customer can then sit back and relax knowing that all the work is undertaken through Elite Fitted Furniture. If however you know, as many customers do, other tradesmen and prefer to use them, then we, at Elite Fitted Furniture, can work alongside them by supplying working drawings for example, the installation of plumbing or electrical works before our work commences with you.
