FAQ - We hope to answer a few of your queries here, however please feel free to contact us if you have any questions

Q. If we make an enquiry with you what is the process?

A. Firstly we need to arrange a mutually agreed time to meet at your home so that we can measure your room. This would normally take about half an hour plus discussions on your room requirements. We would then return on another arranged day to show you detailed plans of the proposed room along with a quotation that reflects our previous discussions. We are happy to make modifications at any time to these plans.

If you already have ideas on the design and colour of your room, please advise us so that we can bring specific samples along to show you. We also have brochures available, which we can leave with you to allow you time to browse, make choices and decisions at your convenience. It is not our company policy to expect you to make a decision in one visit without giving you time to consider your choices whilst meeting your budget.

We believe our policy of no pressure selling, combined with a great quality product and customer satisfaction means that you will be happy to continue with us whether this is to change what has already been drawn and quoted or to continue and place an order with us.

Q. If we have a query, how soon will Elite Fitted Furniture respond?

A. As soon as is possible.

Q. What should we do if we cannot find what we are looking for within the website?

A. Please call us, we are manufactures and supply quite specific designs or projects. We specialise in bespoke furniture. We manufacture to fit the room as opposed to making standard furniture and trying to make it fit. We are still making or supplying the same product but made to measure and this does not really cost any more.

Q. Can we cancel an order?

A. Yes, however if you wish to cancel an order that has already been placed by us, Elite Fitted Furniture for the supply of goods for your order, based on Elite Fitted Furniture manufacturing bespoke furniture specifically for you the customer, any monies outlaid from us would be classed as spent for you the customer, and subject to anything that is a stock item being returned for re-stocking and carrying its own re-stocking charge, any deposit paid would be only returned if not spent. You would however have the rights to your goods assuming the deposit paid covers the cost of such goods and time spent on manufacturing them. The cost of the total job is inclusive of materials and labour so costs would be apportioned accordingly. To date (in over 20 years trading) no one has ever cancelled an order.

Q. How soon after placing an order would we expect delivery and fitting of the furniture?

A. Normally all manufacturing is completed within 6 weeks, then add fitting time, for example a Bedroom often takes 2 days and a Kitchen 5 days.

Q. Do you guarantee your products?

A. Yes, all our furniture and fittings carry our customer guarantee. Third party products carry their own manufacturers' guarantee, for example, white goods, however we will endeavour to assist with supply of service contact details. We are able to offer our service to remove damaged/faulty white goods etc. We at Elite Fitted Furniture hope to see you again in the years to come not to replace or have to complete remedial work, but to continue working for you in another room or even another house. We obviously would still see you if there was remedial work as you are still our next advertisement.
